Start date: 1st September 2025
We are looking to appoint a qualified teacher to work with a small group of pupils from across KS2 who are currently attaining below their chronological year group. The successful teacher will plan for their academic and SEND needs to enable the gap to close between where they are academically and where they should be. As such, applicants will need to demonstrate that they have a secure understanding of SEND, adaptive practice and flexibility to adjust lessons/planning in response of pupils.
We are looking for a highly effective classroom practitioner who is keen to develop professionally, iscreative and passionate about teaching with high expectations for themselves and our pupils, as well as being resilient, determined and prepared to work hard. In return we can provide excellent mentoring and support, a dedicated and experienced team to work within and a school community which is motivated, visionary and has a great sense of humour. We have worked incredibly hard to develop a curriculum that is ambitious for our pupils and is linked tightly to our core vision, invested significantly in CPD on a Trauma Informed approach which underpins our ‘Relationships Policy’ and have been ensuring that all school development is research informed.
